Senior US HR Solutions Specialist / HR Product Consultant

Location: Remote (India-based), working US hours

Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00/3:00 AM IST (aligned to US business hours)

Role Summary

Own and deliver product demonstrations to HR leaders (CHROs, HR Directors, People Ops, fractional HR consultants) across the US market. You'll need to speak the language of HR practitioners — compliance, comp/benefits, workforce analytics, employee lifecycle — while positioning our platform's technical and AI-driven capabilities credibly to a skeptical, process-driven audience.

Must-Have Experience

• 5+ years in an HR function (US HR generalist, US HRBP, US People Ops, comp & US benefits, US HR compliance, or fractional HR consulting) — hands-on, not adjacent
• Demonstrated fluency with core HR workflows: HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, ADP, UKG), compliance reporting, workforce analytics, employee lifecycle management
• Working knowledge of LLMs/AI tools sufficient to explain AI-driven HR features (e.g., automated reporting, policy Q&A, workforce insights) — able to field technical/skeptical questions about data privacy, bias, and AI limitations in HR contexts specifically
• Proven experience presenting to US-based audiences — accent-neutral, idiomatic English, fluency with US employment-law context (at-will employment, EEOC basics, FLSA awareness) since HR buyers will test this
• Track record of running live product demos and adapting on the fly

Good-to-Have

• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification
• Prior experience at an HRTech SaaS company (BambooHR, Gusto, Rippling, UKG, Lattice, etc.)
• Experience selling into mid-market/SMB HR teams (vs. enterprise)
• Familiarity with vertical-specific HR needs (healthcare staffing compliance, multi-entity payroll, franchise/multi-location HR)
• Public speaking, webinar hosting, or conference presentation experience
