All Together, Extraordinary
Aduna is the Connector of networks, bringing together leading telecom operators and technology partners to simplify global access to Network APIs. Through a single, unified platform, we enable businesses and developers to build more secure, seamless and innovative digital services.
Success in this role requires hands-on experience solving fraud, scam, account protection, account takeover, risk, and trust challenges faced by banks, fintechs, enterprises, digital platforms, and online marketplaces. Working with Aduna’s partners and internal teams, you will translate those challenges into compelling use-case narratives, thought leadership, business value propositions, partner enablement, and strategic Lighthouse opportunities.
As the senior domain authority for Fraud & Account Protection, you will define the expertise, insights, and narratives that Content & Enablement Specialists package, operationalize, and scale across the ecosystem.
What You'll Focus On
-
Own the Fraud & Account Protection use-case family, including Fraud Prevention, Fraud Risk, Scam Prevention, Account Takeover, and Account Protection.
-
Develop the technical, commercial, and industry narrative for your domain, including market trends, competitive positioning, industry challenges, the “why now,” and measurable business outcomes.
-
Build strong points of view on the challenges facing banks, fintechs, enterprises, digital platforms, e-commerce providers, and online marketplaces, drawing on direct experience working for, serving, or advising organizations in those sectors.
-
Translate mobile network signals and related capabilities into measurable business value, including fraud reduction, scam prevention, account takeover prevention, account protection, operational efficiency, and customer experience improvements.
-
Create and validate executive-level and practitioner-level thought leadership, value frameworks, industry perspectives, use-case narratives, customer stories, and ROI narratives.
-
Communicate and deliver domain expertise through executive briefings, partner sessions, workshops, webinars, conference presentations, and selected industry engagements.
-
Support strategic Lighthouse opportunities as a domain expert, working with Sales and ecosystem partners to connect industry challenges, business outcomes, and mobile network capabilities.
-
Provide advisory and best-efforts support to help partners shape and unblock opportunities, while partners retain responsibility for building and delivering their solutions.
-
Together with Sales, engage with selected banks, fintechs, enterprises, digital platforms, and other industry stakeholders when needed to understand their challenges and support partner-led opportunities.
-
Mentor and work closely with Content & Enablement Specialists, transferring domain expertise and providing the direction and validation they need to turn insight into scalable partner enablement and awareness assets.
-
Partner with Product, Sales, Supply, Services, Lighthouse & Lead Management, Marketing, Developer Advocacy, and ecosystem partners to maintain technical accuracy, market relevance, and consistency across external and internal narratives.
Required Skills & Experience
-
7+ years of hands-on experience in Fraud Prevention, Fraud Risk, Scam Prevention, Account Protection, Account Takeover, Trust & Safety, Risk Management, or related disciplines.
-
Deep practical expertise in one or more of the following domains, gained through direct ownership, implementation, operation, consulting, product leadership, or customer-facing responsibility:
-
Fraud Prevention and Risk Management
-
Scam Prevention
-
Account Protection and Account Takeover
-
Fraud Strategy, Controls, Decisioning, or Analytics
-
Mobile Identity, Fraud, or Verification Solutions
-
Experience working within, serving, or advising organizations responsible for fraud prevention, fraud risk, scam prevention, account protection, trust & safety, or related risk programs.
-
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical capabilities into commercial narratives, measurable business outcomes, ROI, risk reduction, compliance benefits, and customer experience improvements.
-
Experience creating or shaping thought leadership, industry perspectives, value propositions, executive presentations, or customer-facing narratives.
-
Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to educate, influence, and engage technical practitioners, business leaders, partners, and executive stakeholders.
-
Demonstrated experience delivering executive briefings, presentations, workshops, webinars, industry sessions, or other expert-led engagements.
-
Strong mentoring and collaboration skills, with the ability to transfer expertise and help Content & Enablement Specialists scale it effectively.

Candidates who have worked directly within fraud prevention, fraud risk, account protection, trust & safety, or related risk organizations are especially encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
