Senior User Experience Designer

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for an experienced UX Designer to join an internationally recognised mobile gaming studio, working on a genre-defining sports game played by millions of people worldwide.

You'll play a key role in shaping the player experience, solving complex design challenges and creating intuitive, engaging interactions across the game.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualise, design, prototype and optimise user flows and interactions.
• Translate player needs, research, data and team insights into effective UX solutions.
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate and validate design concepts.
• Define information architecture and UX guidelines.
• Establish design standards to ensure a consistent, high-quality player experience.
• Collaborate on user testing and incorporate feedback into the development process.
• Explore emerging UX trends, AI-powered design tools and innovative approaches.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of relevant UX Design experience.
• Previous experience designing experiences for video games, ideally mobile games.
• Background in UX/UI, Interaction Design, Web Design, HCI, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design methodologies.
• Ability to create and animate prototypes demonstrating UI interactions.
• Experience translating UX concepts into real products, considering technical constraints and cross-platform implementation.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine passion for video games and game development.
