The Role:

We’re looking for a visionary creative leader who uses technology as a canvas, AI as a collaborator, and storytelling as the core to deliver thoughtful, personalized, and unforgettable digital experiences. You will lead concepting, design, and execution of cutting-edge digital experiences. From interactive websites to immersive brand storytelling, you’ll drive creative innovation that helps take brands to a new level while keeping teams and clients aligned on bold, tech-driven visions.

What You’ll Do:

‍

• Drive the creative vision for digital experiences that merge storytelling with cutting-edge technology.
• Use AI for rapid prototyping, personalization, and scalable creative outputs to deliver considered, user-first experiences.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across experience design, content strategy, and development, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Partner directly with clients to shape strategy, present bold concepts, and ensure solutions align with business goals and result in successful delivery.
• Champion Figma (native-level expertise) and Webflow to bridge design and development with precision and speed.
• Constantly explore and integrate new technologies and design methodologies to elevate creative impact.

Must-Haves:

• 8+ years of digital creative leadership experience with a strong portfolio in storytelling, animation, and interactive website design.
• Deep expertise in Figma and hands-on experience in Webflow.
• Strong track record of integrating AI and emerging technologies into creative processes.
• Excellent leadership and client-facing communication skills.
