Senior UX/UI Designer

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our client in the pharmaceutical industry. The role will focus on innovation-related projects and will involve close collaboration with business, product, and development teams.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing UX/UI for digital products (web/mobile), including at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Experience designing complex user flows (e.g., search engines, booking/reservation systems, filtering panels, map-based interfaces).
• Experience in healthcare, travel, or e-commerce projects is a plus.
• Experience working with enterprise/international clients.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, auto-layout, prototyping).
• Knowledge of building and maintaining Design Systems.
• Experience designing interfaces based on geolocation data/maps (e.g., Google Maps, Mapbox integrations).
• Familiarity with user research and usability testing methods.
• Basic understanding of frontend technical constraints (enough to design realistic, implementable solutions)
• Practical, hands-on experience using AI tools in daily design/product work (e.g., Figma AI plugins.
• Midjourney/DALL-E for concepting, ChatGPT/Claude for research synthesis, copywriting, or user story generation).
• Comfort using AI-assisted prototyping tools (e.g., Uizard, v0, Galileo AI) to speed up wireframing and concept iteration.
• Understanding of how AI coding assistants (Copilot, Claude Code) impact the dev handoff process, and ability to design/document components in a way that's easy for AI-assisted developers to implement accurately.
• Openness to using AI for user research analysis (e.g., summarizing interview transcripts, clustering feedback, generating personas from data).
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new AI tools as they emerge, and share learnings with the team (design ops / craft standardization mindset).
• Ability to independently lead a UX project from discovery through implementation.
• Strong communication with the development team, PMs, and clients (presenting and justifying design decisions).
• Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level or higher (communication with international clients).

Key responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Modeling business models and value propositions.
• Planning and conducting user research.
• Designing MVPs in Figma.
• Creating wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Development Teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Supporting implementation and validating delivered solutions against UX requirements.
