Description

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Researcher to continuously identify, investigate, and help resolve UX/UI friction points across all brands operating on our iGaming platform.
Your primary mission is to discover issues that negatively affect user journeys, validate findings through product analytics, and translate them into actionable development tasks for the Product Engineering team.
The initial priority is to identify and prioritize the TOP-3 cross-platform UX/UI friction points affecting Click2FTDTry conversion, from the first user click to the first deposit attempt.
The role also involves continuously analyzing competitor user journeys to identify better UX solutions, benchmark our products against the market, and discover opportunities for platform-wide improvements.
You will report directly to the Head of Product & Chief Visionary Officer, collaborating closely with frontend developers, product analysts, and the broader product team.
We need someone who proactively explores products, challenges existing user flows, leverages AI, and finds unconventional ways to uncover problems that traditional UX audits may miss.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in UX research, usability analysis, user journey mapping, and UX/UI evaluation.
  • Ability to independently investigate multiple brands and identify both brand-specific and platform-wide usability issues.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to validate UX hypotheses using behavioral data, conversion funnels, and product metrics.
  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar.
  • Ability to conduct structured competitor UX research, compare user flows across different products, and identify opportunities for improving our platform.
  • Understanding of frontend technologies, responsive design, mobile UX, and technical constraints.
  • Ability to translate research findings into clear, actionable development tasks with acceptance criteria.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate research, analyze user behavior, automate repetitive checks, and uncover hidden patterns.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and willingness to experiment with unconventional research and validation methods.
  • Ability to distinguish actual UX problems from assumptions, isolated incidents, and technically unrelated conversion losses.
  • Strong communication skills for working directly with frontend engineers, analysts, and product stakeholders.
  • High level of autonomy, ownership, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously audit user journeys across all brands on the platform, including desktop, mobile web, and other supported interfaces.
  • Identify UX/UI inconsistencies, broken interactions, confusing navigation, unnecessary friction, and conversion blockers.
  • Investigate the full Click2FTDTry journey, including landing pages, registration, onboarding, verification, and deposit initiation.
  • Detect recurring UX/UI issues across multiple brands and distinguish shared platform problems from brand-specific issues.
  • Continuously analyze competitor user journeys, including registration, onboarding, KYC, and deposit flows, to identify UX/UI gaps, benchmark best practices, and translate relevant findings into actionable product improvements.
  • Compare competitor experiences across different devices, platforms, and GEOs to identify effective UX patterns and potential competitive disadvantages.
  • Validate discovered problems using product analytics, funnel analysis, behavioral data, session recordings, and other available evidence.
  • Collaborate with product analysts to investigate drop-offs, compare user segments, and quantify the impact of identified friction points.
  • Work closely with frontend developers to investigate potential root causes and determine practical solutions.
  • Convert validated findings into well-structured development tasks, including problem descriptions, reproduction steps, supporting evidence, proposed improvements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize problems based on user impact, conversion impact, frequency, and implementation effort.
  • Apply AI-powered tools, automation, and creative testing approaches to discover issues more efficiently across brands, devices, and user scenarios.
  • Follow up on implemented fixes and verify whether they resolve the original issue and improve the relevant product metrics.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of UX/UI issues, research findings, competitor insights, and improvement opportunities.
  • Regularly communicate findings, priorities, and progress to the Head of Product & Chief Visionary Officer.
Expected outcomes:

  • TOP-3 validated UX/UI friction points affecting Click2FTDTry conversion, with clear recommendations and development tasks.
  • Continuous discovery of platform-wide and brand-specific usability problems.
  • Regular competitor UX benchmarking with actionable findings and improvement opportunities.
  • A prioritized, evidence-based backlog ready for Product Engineering.
  • Measurable improvements in user journey quality and conversion performance.
  • A repeatable research and validation process that scales across all platform brands.

Nice to have

  • Experience in iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, fintech, or other transaction-heavy digital products.
  • Understanding of iGaming conversion funnels, registration flows, KYC, and cashier UX.
  • Experience with SQL, event-based analytics, and experimentation.
  • Familiarity with browser DevTools, API inspection, network debugging, and frontend QA practices.
  • Experience using AI agents, LLMs, browser automation, or custom scripts for UX testing and research.
  • Experience researching products across multiple GEOs, languages, and cultural contexts.
  • Ability to prototype or visually communicate proposed UX/UI improvements using Figma or similar tools.

Working conditions

  • Full-time, remote.
  • Direct reporting to the Head of Product & Chief Visionary Officer.
  • Close collaboration with frontend engineering, product analytics, and the product development team.
  • Access to multiple iGaming brands and cross-platform user journeys.
  • High autonomy in selecting research approaches, identifying issues, and proposing solutions.
  • Strong focus on practical findings, implemented fixes, and measurable product outcomes.
  • Compensation and additional benefits discussed individually.
