Senior Veeva Vault RIM Consultant
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Veeva Vault RIM Consultant to support system configuration, document migration, and integration activities. The role involves working with Veeva Vault RIM, supporting migration from legacy systems such as OpenText, and providing technical guidance to the project team.
Responsibilities
- Support Veeva Vault RIM configuration and workflow development.
- Contribute to document migration projects from legacy systems to Veeva Vault RIM.
- Support data and document migration using Veeva Vault Loader.
- Work with Veeva Vault REST APIs and Postman for integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate on system integrations using technologies such as REST, JDBC, and SFTP.
- Share knowledge with the team and promote best practices in migration and configuration.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in software engineering or systems integration, including at least 3 years of experience with Veeva Vault.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM configuration.
- Experience migrating documents from legacy systems, preferably OpenText, to Veeva Vault RIM.
- Knowledge of Veeva Vault Loader, REST APIs, and Postman.
- Understanding of workflows, objects, lifecycles, roles, and permissions in Veeva Vault.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and document migration best practices.
- Experience with Veeva Vault Clinical Data/CDMS is an advantage.
