Senior Vice President

Role Description The Senior Vice President role at Al Malbas Al Fakher Trading is a full-time, remote position responsible for leading strategic initiatives and overseeing key business functions. On a day-to-day basis, the Senior Vice President will set and execute the company’s growth strategy, manage senior leaders, and ensure alignment of commercial, operational, and financial objectives. This role will review performance metrics, lead strategic planning sessions, and make data-informed decisions to optimize profitability and efficiency. The Senior Vice President will cultivate relationships with major partners and stakeholders, represent the company in high-level negotiations, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards. The role also includes mentoring leadership teams, guiding organizational change, and promoting a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
