We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Global RFP Manager to join BNY's global RFP team. This role is located in Boston, MA.

The Senior Vice President, Global RFP Manager leads BNY's global RFP function, overseeing a team of proposal professionals across regions and supporting the delivery of high-quality, client-focused proposals.

This is a player-coach leadership role responsible for developing talent, managing strategic proposal activity, driving operational excellence, and advancing the global RFP operating model through process improvement, content optimization, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of RFP professionals.
• Establish global standards, governance, performance metrics, and best practices.
• Lead the firm's most complex and strategic RFP opportunities.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Client Coverage/Relationship Management, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver high-quality proposals.
• Provide strategic oversight, quality assurance, and executive review support across proposal activity.
• Drive process improvements, content management, AI adoption, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration across regions.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, risk, and information security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of proposal management, RFP leadership, or sales enablement experience within financial services and/or asset servicing.
• Proven experience leading global teams in a matrixed organization.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and executive presentation capabilities.
• Experience leading process improvement and operating model transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency with proposal management platforms, Microsoft 365, and AI-enabled tools.
