About the Role

We are looking for a top-tier Senior Video Editor to join a growing creative team and take ownership of high-quality video editing and creative production.

The ideal candidate is not only an exceptional editor but also a creative thinker who can ideate concepts, identify opportunities to improve content performance, and leverage AI and emerging tools to increase creative output and efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly hands-on today but has the potential to grow into a leadership position and eventually oversee junior editors, helping establish workflows, maintain quality standards, and scale the editing function.

Key Responsibilities Edit high-quality video content for digital and social media platforms. Develop and execute creative concepts from initial idea through final edit. Transform raw footage and creative briefs into engaging, polished content. Use strong storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound design, and visual effects to elevate content quality. Work across CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve. Stay current with emerging editing techniques, AI tools, and creative technologies. Develop and implement AI-powered workflows that improve editing speed, efficiency, and creative output. Continuously test new approaches to improve content quality and performance. Collaborate with the creative team to understand objectives, briefs, and creative direction. Organize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Help establish scalable editing processes and creative standards. Eventually provide guidance, feedback, and quality control for junior editors.

Requirements 4+ years of professional video editing experience. Advanced proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and/or DaVinci Resolve. Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, composition, sound, and visual aesthetics. Proven ability to independently develop creative concepts and turn ideas into compelling video content. Experience creating content for digital, social media, performance marketing, or e-commerce environments. Strong knowledge of current social media video formats and creative trends. Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI tools into creative workflows. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work consistently within the PST time zone. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Experience leading or mentoring junior editors. Experience building or optimizing creative production workflows. Experience with AI video generation, editing, or automation tools. Strong understanding of performance creative and direct-response content. Experience working with e-commerce or consumer brands. Portfolio demonstrating a high level of creative editing and storytelling.
