We’re looking for multiple freelance video editors to help us turn our existing library of content into short-form videos for Instagram and TikTok.

We have hundreds of hours of original footage from homes, architecture, interiors, travel, and design, and we’re looking for editors who can dig into that library and turn it into social media content.

This is an editing-first role, not a videography-first role. You will primarily be working with footage that has already been shot.

Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus.

What you'll do

Edit short-form videos for Instagram and TikTok
Work with our existing library of original footage
Turn raw footage into Casita-style social videos
Follow our established editing style and content system
Work primarily in CapCut or a similar editing platform

What we're looking for

The most important thing to us is your work. You should:

Have experience editing short-form social content
Have examples living on social media of videos you've personally edited.
Understand the pacing, hooks, text, music, and storytelling that work on Instagram and TikTok
Be comfortable using CapCut or similar editing software
Be able to work independently and remotely
Be open to learning and following our editing system

We produce all of our content ourselves and have built a large library of original footage. Now we're looking to expand our editing team and teach more editors how to create content using our system.

You do not need to already know our exact editing style. We'll teach you.

Compensation

Hourly rate commiserate with experience
Flexible remote role with room to grow to full-time
