We are looking for an experienced Senior Wayfinding Technical Designer to join our Dubai team, supporting the delivery of high-profile projects across the Middle East.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical design and coordination capabilities, with the ability to independently lead the technical development of signage and wayfinding packages from approved design concepts through detailed design, tender and construction stages.

Sign Location Plans & Message Schedules: Lead the preparation and coordination of sign location plans, message schedules, sign coding, quantities and associated documentation, ensuring consistency across all deliverables.
Multidisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate signage requirements with architecture, landscape, interiors, structural, MEP and lighting disciplines to ensure accurate integration within the built environment and resolve potential design clashes.
Materials & Fabrication: Develop and specify appropriate materials, finishes, fabrication methods, mounting solutions and illumination systems in line with approved design intent and project requirements.
Technical Quality Control: Review technical drawings and documentation for accuracy, constructability, accessibility compliance and alignment with project standards.
Tender & Construction Support: Provide technical support during tender and construction stages, including the review of shop drawings, material samples, prototypes, RFIs and fabricator submissions.
Site Coordination: Undertake site surveys and inspections, coordinate with consultants and fabricators, and resolve technical issues to ensure the approved design intent is maintained through implementation.
Team Coordination: Guide and review the work of junior technical designers, ensuring coordinated and timely delivery of technical documentation.
Preferred Attributes
