Responsibilities
About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated junior web developer to join our team. This is a hands-on role working across a wide variety of digital projects.
including websites, landing pages, HTML email campaigns, and ongoing website maintenance.
You'll work with modern web technologies while learning from experienced developers, taking ownership of tasks and contributing to projects from start to finish. Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and pride in producing high-quality work are just as important as technical knowledge.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages.
• Develop and update responsive HTML email templates.
• Convert Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud designs into clean, responsive code.
• Create cross-browser compatible and accessible front-end code.
• Build and maintain WordPress websites.
• Develop custom functionality using PHP and SQL where required.
• Configure domains, DNS records, and SSL certificates.
• Assist with server administration and website deployments.
• Troubleshoot website, email, and hosting issues.
• Test websites and emails across multiple browsers, devices, and email clients.
• Use version control to collaborate with other developers.
• Follow coding standards, accessibility guidelines, and web development best practices.

Requirements
Essential Skills:
• Strong HTML5 knowledge.
• Strong CSS3 skills and responsive web development.
• Basic JavaScript knowledge.
• Experience with WordPress.
• Basic PHP knowledge.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Experience coding responsive HTML email templates.
• Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
• Good understanding of merge tags, variables, and personalization tokens.
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficient with Figma.
• Experience using Visual Studio Code.
• Experience using Git, GitHub, or another version control system.
• Understanding of DNS configuration.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting SSL certificates.
• Basic server administration knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good understanding of clean, semantic, and maintainable code.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Good written and spoken English.
