Zama, Paris-based remote-friendly cryptography company, seeks a Senior Contracts Counsel to lead review, redlining and negotiation of DeFi/web3 and commercial agreements across Zama SAS (France) and subsidiary entities. You will partner with business development, engineering, finance and operations to close deals quickly while maintaining rigor and compliance.
