We are looking for a Senior Windows Infrastructure Engineer to join a project within a leading company in the financial sector. You will be responsible for the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of a large-scale enterprise Windows infrastructure supporting over 1,500 Windows servers across multiple international entities. Working as part of an experienced infrastructure team, you will combine project work with day-to-day operations, helping ensure the stability, security and performance of business-critical systems. Responsibilities: Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise Windows Server environments. Manage Active Directory services, including Group Policies, user and access management, security groups, and domain-related configurations. Administer and maintain large-scale Windows Server environments. Coordinate server patching, software deployment, security updates, and compliance activities. Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and other infrastructure automation tools. Apply Windows security hardening standards and contribute to vulnerability remediation. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex incidents, and support disaster recovery and business continuity activities. Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with Security, Network, IAM, and DevOps teams. Contribute to infrastructure modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. 5+ years of experience in Windows systems administration. Strong Active Directory administration experience. Experience managing Group Policies, DNS and DHCP. Good PowerShell scripting skills. Experience with SCCM / MECM. Experience supporting enterprise Windows infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting skills. Fluent English. Nice to Have Experience with Citrix or virtual desktop environments. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation tools. Experience with infrastructure monitoring platforms. Previous experience in financial services or other regulated environments.
