Role Requirements:

• 8–9 years of overall experience in HR Technology and Analytics.
  
• Strong expertise in Workday reporting, integrations, and data analytics.
  
• Ability to design scalable reporting solutions and build insightful dashboards.
  
• Experience transforming complex HR data into meaningful business insights.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
