For our client, we are looking for an experienced Senior Workday Product Owner to take ownership of Workday Recruiting and Workday VNDLY within a complex enterprise environment. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic HR technology initiatives, lead product evolution, and create business value through innovative Workforce and Vendor Management solutions.

📍 Location: Zurich / Remote (within Switzerland only)

🕒 Start Date: 01 November 2026

📅 Contract Duration: Until 31 May 2027

Your Tasks

• Own the product and technical roadmap for Workday Recruiting and Workday VNDLY

• Drive the design, configuration and continuous improvement of Workday solutions supporting permanent and contingent workforce processes

• Act as the primary technical Subject Matter Expert for Workday Recruiting and VNDLY

• Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable and business-aligned solutions

• Define and manage product backlog, priorities and technical requirements

• Ensure seamless integrations across the HR technology ecosystem, including Workday HCM, SAP BTP and vendor management solutions

• Collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Finance and Technology stakeholders

• Lead testing, release management and deployment activities

• Drive issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives

• Evaluate new Workday capabilities and innovations, translating them into measurable business value

• Support strategic workforce initiatives, including contingent workforce and external labour management programmes

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Workday Consultant or Workday Solution Lead

• Strong hands-on expertise with Workday Recruiting and/or Workday VNDLY

• Experience managing Workday product roadmaps and enterprise-scale implementations

• Strong understanding of HR technology ecosystems and business processes

• Experience with Workday integrations, Workday HCM and related platforms

• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solution design

• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholder groups in complex organisations

• Fluent English communication skills
