Senior Zoho Developer

Job Description This is a remote position. Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Zoho Developer with 3+ years of experience who specializes in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho One applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in developing Zoho Widgets, complex integrations, and automation workflows to streamline business operations. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Zoho solutions tailored to business needs, ensuring optimal system performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Zoho Development & Customization: Develop, enhance, and maintain Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho One applications. Build custom Zoho Widgets using Deluge, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. Customize Zoho Modules, Blueprints, Workflows, and Functions based on business requirements. Design and implement Zoho CRM automation , custom functions, and reports. 2. Complex Integrations & API Development: Integrate Zoho with third-party applications via REST APIs and Webhooks. Develop server-side and client-side scripting for seamless system integrations. Work with OAuth 2.0 authentication and implement secure API connections. Sync data between Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Desk , and other business tools. Troubleshoot and optimize API performance, rate limits, and data syncing issues . 3. Zoho Widgets & UI/UX Enhancements: Develop interactive widgets for Zoho CRM to enhance user experience. Create and manage custom Zoho Page layouts, Dashboards, and Portals . Implement responsive UI/UX components using JavaScript, React, or Angular within Zoho Widgets. 4. Business Process Automation & Scripting: Implement advanced automation within Zoho CRM and other Zoho apps. Write custom Deluge scripts for workflow automation and data manipulation. Develop and maintain custom schedulers, event-based triggers, and logic-based automation . Optimize business workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes. 5. Data Management & Reporting: Implement data migration and cleansing strategies between Zoho applications. Create custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs for performance monitoring. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with business policies. 6. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support to internal teams and clients. Debug and resolve Zoho application errors, API failures, and workflow issues . Stay updated with Zoho’s latest features, releases, and best practices . Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho One . Proficiency in Zoho Widgets development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs . Strong experience in Zoho API integrations with third-party platforms. In-depth knowledge of Deluge scripting for automation workflows. Expertise in OAuth 2.0 authentication, API security, and token management . Strong SQL and database management skills for handling Zoho data structures. Experience in business process automation and workflow optimization. Ability to work with custom functions, blueprints, and Zoho Analytics . Familiarity with Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho apps . Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills . Strong communication skills with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions . Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Zoho Flow, Zoho Sign, and Zoho WorkDrive integrations . Knowledge of React.js or Angular.js for advanced UI development in Widgets.
