Senior/Chief Business Analyst | Wealth & Investment Transformation Programme

Strategic Staffing Solutions is partnering with an international client on a high-priority Wealth Planning & Investment transformation programme. We are seeking an experienced Senior/Chief Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering strategic business and technology initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to define solution requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
• Drive workshops, process analysis, and solution discussions.
• Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and business analysis.
• Mentor less experienced team members and contribute to best practices.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to bridge business and technology teams.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Background in banking, financial services, wealth management, or investment-related projects is highly desirable.
• Experience working on complex transformation or digitalisation programmes.

Contract Details

📍 Hybrid delivery model (onsite + remote)

📅 Contract: 01 October 2026 - 31 March 2027 + potential extension
