Senior/Scrum Master - Data & Analytics Sector

Enables cross-functional teams to develop medium-to-complex business / customer/ employee solutions using the Agile way of working that integrates the business and technical needs Servant leader ensuring that the team is high performing and facilitates agile ceremonies and removal of impediments Supports the team and the Product Owner and helps them to communicate, solve problems and deliver a great product Scrum Masters are personal coaches for team members and innovators who constantly seek ways to develop herself/himself and the team Responsibilities: This role will be responsible for facilitating an end-to-end agile culture within the delivery in DF. You will lead, execute agile process & take full accountability for bringing agility to your team delivery. You will work very closely with Release manager, product owners, architects, DevOps engineers, software developers & Quality Engineers and ensure the deliveries happen in time, with good quality & effectively follows the agile best practices & principles. Your objective is to ensure that the squad you’re handling, delivers effectively in a user centric approach and as promised to our customers. Minimum two years of experience as Scrum master with total 5 years of experience Good communication, organization, and team building skills; articulate and able to steer a meeting with presence. Strong team player with an ability to identify and remove impediments or conflicts that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint & project goals. Self-starter & self-motivated with a drive to identify opportunities for improvement across the agile delivery processes. Preferred Sectors: IT – Data – SME – Corporate – Retail – Operation
