EvenUp is on a mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI. We empower personal injury lawyers and victims to get the justice they deserve. Our products enable law firms to secure faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for victims injured through no fault of their own in vehicle collisions, accidents, natural disasters, and more.
We are one of the fastest-growing vertical SaaS companies in history, and we are just getting started. EvenUp is backed by top VCs, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Bain Capital Ventures, SignalFire, and Lightspeed. We are looking to expand our team with talented, driven, and collaborative individuals who seek to have a lasting impact. Learn more at www.evenuplaw.com.
We’re looking for a Senior or Staff Product Manager to build and scale EvenUp’s data products portfolio. You’ll turn our proprietary legal and medical data into AI-powered products that help personal injury law firms make better decisions, work more efficiently, and deliver better outcomes for their clients.
This is a true 0-to-1 opportunity. You’ll define a new product area from the ground up, translating customer needs and untapped data potential into products that can scale across thousands of law firms.
You’ll work at the intersection of Product, ML, Data Engineering, and legal domain expertise to take ideas from discovery through launch and adoption. Success requires strong systems thinking and the judgment to identify which opportunities to pursue, how to sequence investments, and where our data can create the most value across EvenUp’s product suite. You’ll shape not only what we build, but how complex legal and medical data becomes accessible, actionable, and useful to the legal teams and AI agents that depend on it.
This is a hybrid role based in one of our office hubs, with at least 3 days per week in office. Level will be calibrated to your experience.
What you'll do:
Set the product strategy for how EvenUp’s data creates compounding value as the business grows.
Own the full product lifecycle for data products, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration.
Prototype quickly to test ideas with customers.
Use the full range of AI and ML techniques to creatively compile, extract, and analyze data from many different sources.
Partner with ML and Data Engineering to define data modeling requirements and shape how systems support product goals.
Turn user and market needs into clear, well-reasoned prioritization decisions.
Work with Design, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market to run smooth launches and keep feedback loops tight after release.
What we look for:
4-10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
A track record of taking products from 0 to 1. Experience shipping AI or ML products is a plus.
Strong systems thinking and sound judgment about what to build and in what order, with a clear understanding of how data is sourced, modeled, and applied across a product suite.
Technical depth to partner credibly with Data Engineering and ML and to make informed build-vs-buy tradeoffs.
Sharp user research skills. You can uncover the underlying need behind a user’s request and translate between technical complexity and a clear user experience.
The ability to move quickly and ship in a high-growth environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is part of the job.
Benefits & Perks:
As part of our total rewards package, we offer attractive benefits and perks to our employees, including:
Choice of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for you and your family.
Additional insurance coverage options for life, accident, or critical illness.
Flexible paid time off, sick leave, short-term and long-term disability.
10 US observed holidays, and Canadian statutory holidays by province.
A home office stipend.
401(k) for US-based employees and RRSP for Canada-based employees.
Paid parental leave.
A local in-person meet-up program.
Hubs in San Francisco and Toronto.
(Please note the above benefits & perks are for full-time employees)
