Teraleads is a fast-growing marketing agency specializing exclusively in dental marketing. We partner with dental clinics across the USA, delivering PPC, SEO, and full arch marketing strategies that drive real patient acquisition and practice growth. We're hiring an SEO Manager to help scale that success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that drive growth, visibility, and conversions across multiple brands and client portfolios
• Conduct technical, on-page, and off-page SEO audits, identifying issues and implementing effective fixes
• Lead keyword research, content optimization, and link-building to achieve measurable improvements in organic rankings
• Build and execute AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AI search strategies, optimizing content for visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and other generative search platforms
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO and AEO best practices are implemented across all projects
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO and AI-search performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
• Stay ahead of search engine and LLM algorithm changes, continuously refining tactics as the search landscape shifts
• Support the launch and scaling of our AI product (Zoie) through targeted SEO and AEO campaigns and competitive analysis
• Communicate progress and insights clearly to management and clients in fluent, professional English

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven SEO experience, ideally within a marketing agency environment
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, link-building, and analytics
• Working knowledge of AEO and AI search optimization, including how generative engines source, cite, and surface content
• Strong familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects efficiently
• A proactive, responsible attitude with a passion for delivering results and driving growth
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dental, healthcare, or SaaS products is highly preferred
• Prior experience adapting SEO strategy for AI-driven search environments
