FivePearls Funds Management is an Australian wholesale property fund manager, offering investors access to secured property-backed investment opportunities. We're growing fast, and looking for someone to own our organic growth engine as we scale.

The Role

We're looking for an SEO & Content specialist to drive our organic search presence and content strategy from the ground up. You'll own everything from keyword strategy to published content, working closely with our design team to bring it to life. Where your skill set stretches further, there may be scope to also support paid media (Meta/Google), happy to shape this role around the right person's strengths.

This is a remote role, with the possibility of transitioning to an on-site office setup in the future.

What You'll Do

– Own SEO strategy and execution - technical audits, on-page optimisation, keyword research, and content mapping

– Plan and write compliance-conscious content: blogs, investor education pieces, website copy

– Build and manage a content calendar, coordinating with our design/creative team on visuals

– Track and report on SEO performance (rankings, organic traffic, site health) on a regular cadence

– (Optional Plus): Support or manage Meta/Google Ads campaigns alongside SEO work

What We're Looking For

– Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience with at least one of Semrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console

– Strong, clean writing, you can make complex financial/property concepts genuinely readable

– Comfortable working within regulated/compliance-conscious industries, or willing to learn quickly (financial services experience a plus, not required)

– Organised, deadline-driven, comfortable owning a workstream end to end
