SEO & GEO Marketer

Search is changing.

People still search on Google, but increasingly they ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and AI Overviews what product they should use - and get the answer without ever opening a traditional search results page.

On behalf of one of our clients, a fast-growing global B2B SaaS company, we're looking for an SEO & GEO Marketer who can help the brand win across both traditional and AI-powered search.

What you'll own:

• SEO and content strategy across high-intent pages, comparisons, alternatives, guides, templates and other organic growth initiatives
• Technical SEO: crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking and Core Web Vitals
• GEO / AEO / AI Search strategy across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, AI Overviews and emerging search experiences
• AI visibility and citation tracking — understanding which brands and sources LLMs recommend and why
• Content structured for AI extraction: clear answers, comparison tables, original data and verifiable claims
• Off-site visibility across review platforms, industry publications, Reddit, YouTube and other third-party sources
• Measurement across organic traffic, AI visibility, signups, conversions and revenue

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience in B2B SaaS
• Scale-up experience. You've worked at a fast-growing company at or around $100M in annual recurring revenue (ARR), and you're used to a fast-paced, dynamic way of working.
• Strong Technical SEO experience, including your own audits and collaboration with developers
• Hands-on experience with GEO / AEO / AI Search
• Experience tracking AI visibility, prompts, citations or recommendations
• Strong content strategy experience
• Excellent written English
• Experience with tools such as GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush and AI visibility platforms
• A commercial mindset - you care about signups and revenue, not just rankings and traffic

Big plus if you also have experience with: Programmatic SEO, Python/scripting, GSC API, BigQuery, Digital PR, Reddit/community marketing, YouTube SEO, free-tool strategies or sales-tech SaaS.
