SEO Manager SEO Manager Hybrid - Malta Permanent Competitive package Meta Hire Group has partnered with a leading affiliate company seeking a talented SEO Manager specializing in the iGaming vertical . The role: You will take full ownership of SEO performance across a dedicated portfolio of sites, driving everything from high-level strategy to hands-on execution. This role is built for a systems-thinking operator who leverages internal AI tools to scale output, optimize technical architecture, and maximize commercial impact. Responsibilities: Own end-to-end SEO outcomes for assigned domains, continuously iterating based on data and revenue impact. Utilize and refine internal AI-driven tooling to supercharge content generation, keyword discovery, and workflow efficiency. Establish clear frameworks to rank SEO initiatives based on ROI, effort, and risk mitigation. Lead advanced keyword mapping, site hierarchy design, internal linking structures, and programmatic page strategies. Partner closely with engineering to manage indexation, crawl budgets, Core Web Vitals, and complex site migrations. Keep a pulse on organic rankings, traffic, and revenue. Rapidly diagnose performance drops from algorithm shifts or competitor moves, and deploy swift fixes. Work alongside our AI Integration Specialists to build, test, and upgrade our internal automation toolkit. Mentor junior SEO specialists, review deliverables, and foster a culture of high-quality execution. Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to embed SEO priorities into the broader product roadmap. What We’re Looking For: Comfortable working with CLI-based AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) or possess the technical aptitude to pick it up fast. 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with verifiable ownership over traffic and revenue growth. Deep expertise managing high-competition sites, programmatic setups, or multi-site portfolios. A flawless understanding of technical SEO mechanics (crawling, indexability, site speed, and architecture). A process-oriented mindset that favors repeatable, scalable workflows over one-off, ad-hoc patches. A strong operator mindset with intense attention to detail, a focus on leverage, and a desire to own outcomes rather than just check off tasks.
