SEO Specialist – Part-Time

We are currently looking for a Mid-Level SEO Specialist to join a part-time project focused on improving organic search performance, website visibility, and digital traffic.

Role Overview

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating current organic search performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing SEO optimizations, and measuring their impact.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining SEO analysis, content optimization, technical SEO, and data-driven decision-making. You will work with a high level of autonomy while coordinating with content and development teams whenever technical support is required.

Part-Time Contractor / Independent Contractor

This position requires approximately 20 hours per week

As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for managing your own taxes, social security contributions, insurance, and any other local obligations applicable in your country.

Language Requirement

Advanced English is required, including the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze current organic search performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct keyword research and evaluate search intent and relevance.
• Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content structure.
• Review and optimize existing content to improve organic visibility.
• Identify crawling, indexing, page speed, and page experience issues.
• Monitor organic traffic, impressions, clicks, CTR, and keyword rankings.
• Analyze performance using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Use SEO tools to conduct audits, monitor rankings, and perform competitive analysis.
• Prioritize SEO initiatives based on potential impact and project objectives.
• Coordinate with content and development teams when improvements require technical support.
• Validate implemented changes and monitor their impact on organic performance.
• Prepare reports highlighting progress, findings, and actionable recommendations.
• Document optimizations and provide recommendations for future improvements.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, organic search, or website optimization.
• Experience implementing On-Page SEO improvements and optimizing content for search engines.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, and content structure.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
• Experience using SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO platforms.
• Ability to analyze organic traffic, impressions, CTR, clicks, and ranking performance.
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, Liferay, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for reviewing SEO-related website elements.
• Experience identifying both technical and content-related SEO opportunities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deliverables effectively.
• Ability to communicate findings and provide clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week.

• Experience with Google Ads / SEM and performance analysis.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager or Looker Studio.
• Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

• Experience using AI tools to support SEO research and optimization.
