SEO Specialist (Technical & On-Page SEO)

This is a remote position.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a SEO Specialist to support and improve website visibility and performance through technical SEO, on-page optimization, and ongoing analysis. This role focuses on strengthening the website’s search presence through structured SEO work and regular reporting.

Scope of Work:

• Conduct keyword research to support SEO strategy
  
• Perform on-page SEO optimization (content, metadata, internal linking, etc.)
  
• Provide technical SEO support (site structure, performance, indexing, basic fixes)
  
• Conduct regular website SEO audits
  
• Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  
• Prepare monthly SEO analysis and performance reports
  
• Recommend actionable improvements based on findings
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SEO (on-page and technical SEO)
  
• Strong understanding of keyword research and SEO best practices
  
• Experience performing SEO audits and website analysis
  
• Ability to explain SEO findings and recommendations clearly
  
• Background in web development or technical SEO is a strong advantage
  

Tools Required:

• SEO tools of the candidate’s choice (e.g., keyword research and audit tools)
  
• No specific CRM or project management tools required at this time
  

Shifts & Hours:

• Part-time: Starting with Minimum of 20-30 hours per week; semi-flexible shift
  
• Working hours should closely align with business hours
  
• Preferred availability between 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (with up to 1–2 hours time difference acceptable)
