Salary Range: $114,285.00 To $131,399.00 Annually Position Description: Infinite Electronics is seeking a SEO/AEO Manager to drive organic traffic, search discoverability, and revenue growth across multiple B2B companies, including L-com, Pasternack, Fairview Microwave, NavePoint, Show Me Cables, Milestek, PolyPhaser, Transtector and Infinite Electronics. This role will lead strategy and execution across traditional SEO, answer engine optimization (AEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), and emerging AI-driven search platforms to ensure our companies are highly visible wherever customers search for products and solutions. You will collaborate closely with eCommerce, product marketing, content, development, and PPC teams to improve keyword coverage, increase non-brand demand capture, and strengthen Infinite Electronics’ presence across search engines, AI platforms, and industry discovery tools. This position will manage both internal and external resources, including, contractors, and cross-functional contributors, to execute against search visibility roadmaps across multiple companies. This is a unique opportunity to help build a centralized SEO Center of Excellence, establishing scalable processes and best practices across multiple companies while directly impacting traffic, orders, and revenue in a fast-paced, growth-focused B2B environment. General Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute multi-company SEO and search visibility strategies aligned to revenue, traffic, and share-of-voice goals. Manage internal and external resources, including contractors, and cross-functional partners, to deliver against SEO and search visibility initiatives. Identify gaps in keyword coverage, rankings, and indexed content, and build roadmaps to expand organic search presence. Optimize content and site structure to improve visibility across Google, Bing, AI search engines, and emerging generative platforms. Partner with eCommerce and development teams to improve site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and technical SEO health. Build and manage content optimization plans for category pages, product pages, technical content, blogs, whitepapers and high-intent landing pages. Identify opportunities for calculators, guides, FAQs, and other high-value content that drives organic traffic and conversions. Monitor performance using Google Search Console, analytics platforms, and SEO tools to track traffic, rankings, and revenue impact. Analyze search data to identify growth opportunities and provide clear reporting to marketing and business unit leadership. Establish and maintain SEO governance across brands, including taxonomy, internal linking, schema, and content standards. Optimize content for AI-driven search experiences, including answer engines and generative search results. Stay current on search engine algorithm updates, AI search trends, and industry best practices. Support the development of a centralized SEO / Search Visibility Center of Excellence across Infinite Electronics. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field required. 7–10 years of proven hands-on success in the SEO, AEO, GEO space Experience managing SEO for eCommerce or multi-site environments preferred. Demonstrated success improving organic traffic, rankings, and revenue through search optimization. Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and content strategy. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting large product catalogs or B2B ecommerce websites. Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or external partners. Familiarity with Google Search Console, GA4, Atarget="_blank" hrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools. Experience with AI search, answer engine optimization (AEO), or generative search platforms preferred. Experience working cross-functionally with ecommerce, IT, product, and marketing teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate search performance into business impact. Experience building or contributing to SEO processes across multiple brands or companies. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. Passion for testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization. Physical Job Requirements: Frequently remains in a stationary position and occasionally moves about the office or worksite to access files, supplies, or attend meetings. Frequently uses hands and fingers to operate office equipment such as a keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other standard office tools. Must be able to visually assess information on screens, documents, and reports. Frequently reads, interprets, and analyzes written and visual information. Occasionally lifts or moves items up to [10–15] pounds (e.g., files, laptop, meeting materials). Must be able to effectively communicate information and ideas in person, via video conference, and through written communication. Works primarily in an office or remote office environment with standard business equipment. May require extended periods of screen time. May occasionally be required to attend meetings or events outside of normal workspace or business hours. Reports To: Senior Director of eCommerce & Digital Growth Environment: This role may be either remote or at an office location. Employees may work from their home office and regularly collaborate with colleagues across various company sites during normal or extended business hours, as needed. Office-based work depends on an employee's proximity to an Infinite facility and may be determined by management. Travel is part of this role’s responsibilities, including customer visits, supplier meetings, industry conferences, and internal gatherings.
