  • Coordinate with global InTest facilities and internal service resources for complex troubleshooting, equipment upgrades, replacement components, and escalated technical issues.
  • Identify opportunities for preventive maintenance, equipment upgrades, replacement systems, and additional technical support services.

2. Applications Engineering and System Integration

  • Work with customers to understand equipment requirements, operating conditions, interface specifications, and application challenges.
  • Collaborate with Applications Engineering and Design Engineering to develop and implement appropriate equipment configurations and integration solutions.
  • Assist with interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, interface specifications, and equipment layouts.
  • Support the preparation of technical proposals, statements of work, requests for quotation (RFQs), system configurations, and concept drawings.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to address non-standard applications, system compatibility issues, and customer-specific integration requirements.
  • Provide technical input on product improvements, new equipment requirements, and application-specific solutions.
  • Deliver customer training and technical presentations covering equipment functionality, installation requirements, operating procedures, and troubleshooting practices.

3. Sales and Business Development

  • Support achievement of territory sales targets through technical customer engagement, account development, and identification of new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customer engineering, test engineering, manufacturing, operations, procurement, and management teams.
  • Identify opportunities for new equipment, additional systems, upgrades, replacement equipment, and related products based on customer requirements and service interactions.
  • Work with the North Asia Regional Sales Manager to develop account strategies, sales plans, and territory growth initiatives.
