Role Summary:
This role is responsible for supporting our Advisers and clients for our advice products ensuring their enquiries are resolved in a timely and appropriate manner whilst adhering to standards and compliance obligations.
Some administration is involved as well as liaising with new business, underwriting, maintenance, claims, distribution, product and commissions to provide responses to Adviser enquiries.
Primary Responsibilities:
• First point of reference for calls into ClearView for advisers and clients.
• Be a subject matter expert on Life products and procedures.
• Plan and organise priorities to ensure all day to day operational activities are completed effectively and efficiently and proactively manage issues that potentially detract value.
• Engage with all stake holders at ClearView to develop and maintain a client-focused attitude in how we attract, build relationships and retain clients.
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely outcomes.
• Ensure all relevant legislation is complied with taking corrective action if gaps or weaknesses are detected.
• Delivery of reports and feedback on Service Standards and adherence.
• ClearView takes its Work, Health and Safety (WHS) obligations seriously. All employees must follow policies which are located on our intranet.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Proven experience in similar roles and demonstrated dedication to service excellence.
- Life Insurance Experience.
- RG146 qualified or willingness to undertake.
