Service Delivery Manager About the Role As Country Delivery Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for delivery-related matters within the country, acting as the delivery specialist at the customer level. You'll align our delivery objectives with client expectations, drive operational excellence, and take ownership of resource management, stakeholder engagement, and risk management — all while helping shape our strategic direction in the region. What You'll Do Project Delivery • Oversee project delivery in alignment with organizational goals and client expectations • Ensure timely, within-budget completion across all engagements • Resolve delivery-related issues, bottlenecks, and conflicts • Allocate and optimize human, financial, and material resources to meet project demands Client Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong client relationships that grow into long-term partnerships • Understand client needs and ensure the delivery team addresses them effectively • Address escalations and resolve complex issues promptly to minimize project impact Financial Oversight • Manage budgets related to delivery activities within the country • Ensure financial targets are achieved or exceeded • Provide regular financial reporting and forecasts to senior management Strategic Planning • Contribute to the organization's strategic plans for the country • Support business development initiatives • Communicate delivery progress, updates, and challenges to stakeholders Qualifications: Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field (Master's degree or PMP/CDMP certification is a plus) • 8+ years managing data management and data integration projects — data quality, governance, ETL, and data warehousing • Proven track record leading delivery teams in banking, with additional exposure to public sector and telecom • Strong client delivery background in consulting or IT services, supporting enterprise-level data transformation • Solid grasp of data management frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK, with hands-on implementation experience Technical & Professional Skills • Deep knowledge of data architecture, governance, and analytics platforms • Proficiency with Informatica, Power BI, SQL, AWS, Azure Data Services, and Snowflake • Strong project financial management skills — budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization • Skilled in Agile and Hybrid delivery methodologies for data and analytics environments • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, bridging technical and business discussions Leadership • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire diverse technical teams across regions • Exceptional stakeholder management and client engagement capabilities • A strategic, results-oriented mindset with a collaborative leadership style Additional Requirements • Experience within banking and financial data ecosystems • Willingness to travel across GCC countries to support project delivery Why Join Us You'll take on a high-visibility leadership role at the intersection of data strategy and client delivery — shaping how we serve some of the region's most important banking, public sector, and telecom clients, with real influence over strategy, growth, and team development.
