You will assist in providing first-level technical support to users, managing hardware, software, and network-related issues, while learning to solve common IT challenges. Assist in monitoring and managing basic network operations. Document incidents and resolutions in the service desk system and ensure user satisfaction with timely responses. Requirements: Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac OS) and common software. Familiarity with networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP. Strong communication and customer service skills. Eagerness to learn and develop technical problem-solving abilities. A degree In progress in computer science, IT, or a related field.
