In this role, you'll:


Work as part of a collaborative Service Improvement team supporting a range of Shared Service business lines. This role will see you investigate operational challenges, analyse complex data, provide insights, and identify opportunities for improvement.



You will support larger improvement initiatives through data analysis, reporting and mapping, while also leading smaller projects. Working with stakeholders you will help identify root causes, measure benefits and develop practical solutions that improve compliance, reduce costs and deliver more efficient, consistent and customer-focused services.



This role operates within our hybrid working model, requiring 50% workplace attendance. The home base for this role is Burwood, with flexibility to work from other office locations at times. Team collaboration days are on Tuesdays.

About you


Your analytical capability, developed across service improvement, data analysis, or junior business analysis roles, will see you translate business problems and data into clear, meaningful insights.



You are recognised as a confident communicator and collaborative stakeholder partner, skilled at reporting and process mapping, documenting business requirements and coordinating improvement activities.



You have advanced Excel skills, a strong interest in automation and the ability to work with large and complex data sets.



Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, or other data analysis and visualisation tools will be highly regarded.
