Service Logistic Coordinator

This role combines Logistics responsibilities with administrative and sales support for the Service Department. The coordinator ensures materials, spare parts, and consumables are available, properly stored, and tracked at warehouses and power plant sites, managing deliveries, customs clearance, inventory, staging, and logistics documentation to minimize downtime. They support field service planning, including dispatching technical advisors, arranging travel, accommodation, transportation, safety training, and providing on-site administrative support during outages, including weekend work and standby duties for urgent maintenance. Administrative responsibilities include processing orders, managing documents, generating purchase orders, monitoring payments, supporting ad-hoc projects, and maintaining accurate records for reporting. The role operates in a hybrid setup, alternating between MPW AP HQ and power plant sites such as Jurong Island, with on site presence during inspections or urgent maintenance. Main Focus: To ensure smooth service operations by managing materials, warehouse and power plant environments, coordinating logistics and field support, and providing strong administrative support, enabling the Service team to achieve maintenance efficiency, service delivery, and sales targets. Requirement: Good communication skills Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and desire to continually improve Strong organizational skills with the ability to quickly assess, prioritizes work requests and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, attention to detail and problem-solving ability Strong ability to work well both as a team and independently, to manage customer supply chain team and contractor manpower at site Practical knowledge in mechanical engineering and rotating equipment would be an advantage Reg.
