About the Role:

Support service-shop operations by turning technician findings into accurate estimates, work orders and invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates and invoices from technician diagnostic findings.

• Manage work orders and follow up with technicians.

• Track and order parts and maintain the shop schedule.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years supporting operations in a mechanical service shop, HVAC, automotive, heavy-equipment or trade-repair business.

• Hands-on estimates or quoting, work orders and invoicing.

• Strong spoken and written English.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Fire-truck, diesel or specialized-apparatus service operations.

• Parts inventory and dispatch or service coordination.
