Your role

You will join our Service Sales team and report to the Service Sales Manager. In this role, your mission is to identify and fully leverage the potential of all Aftermarket products and services among customers in your assigned region. You will join our Service Sales team and report to the Service Sales Manager. In this role, your mission is to identify and fully leverage the potential of all Aftermarket products and services among customers in your assigned region. You will contribute to our shared goal of creating high-quality products and solutions for our customers.
Your day-to-day
- Selling the full range of Aftermarket products and services, with a particular focus on service contracts and strategic products
- Maintaining, developing, and strengthening existing business relationships
- Managing customers with service contracts regarding installation modifications, operating hours, and related matters
- Applying a rigorous territory management approach through the systematic visit of all customers within the assigned region
- Preparing quotations using the available tools and in collaboration with the Back Office (CRM, Internal Sales, administration, and support)
- Ensuring a professional and customer-oriented representation of Aftermarket activities throughout the region
- Supporting and advising external sales colleagues on all Aftermarket-related matters
- Technical education complemented by further training in a commercial field
- Several years of professional or industrial experience, along with a solid understanding of business and industry dynamics
- Interest in service-related activities and practical experience with technical installations (mechanical, electronic)
- Knowledge of pneumatics and electrical engineering, as well as strong IT skills
- Independent and structured way of working, combined with a professional and persuasive presence
- Excellent command of French (C1 level) and German (B1/B2 level); good knowledge of English is an additional advantage
