• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot failures and get customers back up and running
• Upgrade, optimize and improve system performance
• Support customers on-site with technical expertise and practical solutions
• Work across Canada and the USA on exciting projects

🎯 What Makes You a Great Fit

• Background in Refrigeration, HVAC, Mechatronics or a similar technical field
• Field service experience is a strong advantage
• Hands-on, resourceful and passionate about technology
• Comfortable travelling and working independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude
• Good English skills
• German or Italian is a bonus
• Valid driver's license
