Tiger Resourcing Group is recruiting a Service Transition Coordinator for a confidential organisation supporting customer-facing products and services. This full-time contract opportunity is based in Surrey with hybrid working.

The opportunity

Support the effective handling and resolution of customer enquiries relating to products and services.

Review customer service activities and operational needs to help improve service delivery and customer experience.

Help develop support approaches, maintain product and service knowledge, and coordinate administrative support.

Identify recurring issues and communicate relevant feedback to appropriate internal teams.

Work with stakeholders across different disciplines to resolve complex service and operational challenges.

Contribute to the development and improvement of working procedures and approaches.

What we are looking for

Substantial relevant experience in customer service, service support or a related coordination environment.

Ability to assess complex issues, exercise sound judgement and select effective solutions.

Strong stakeholder communication, collaboration and influencing skills.

Confidence working independently, with work reviewed against departmental objectives.

Broad professional understanding of how different teams and disciplines interact.

Experience

The original specification indicates typically eight years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, six years with a master’s degree, or three years with a PhD, or equivalent experience. Relevant practical experience will be considered.
