About the Team & Impact Join our clients Managed Services Transformation project. You’ll design and implement ServiceNow architecture that drives operational efficiency and scalability for enterprise clients. Responsibilities Design and document ServiceNow architecture aligned with business requirements. Lead technical solutioning for ServiceNow modules and integrations. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure platform scalability. Define best practices for configuration, customization, and security. Conduct architecture reviews and performance optimization. Support migration and upgrade strategies for ServiceNow environments. Ensure compliance with IBM and client standards. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams. Must-Have Qualifications Proven experience as Application Architect with ServiceNow. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules. Ability to design complex integrations and workflows. Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice-to-Have ServiceNow Certified Application Architect or similar certification. Experience with ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules. Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for integrations.
