NCC Group’s Cloud XDR Team provide a world class Extended Detection and Response (XDR) services, detecting, responding and mitigating cyber-attacks on our customers networks in our Security Operations Centres using the Microsoft Sentinel ecosystem.

The Cloud XDR Team is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to help maintain, build, and improve our ServiceNow implementation to enable NCC to iterate and develop its ability to defend customers from cyber-attacks.

Summary

Key responsibilities

· Act as the ServiceNow SME within the Cloud XDR team

· Build and maintain ServiceNow workflows

· Work with analysts and engineers to identify and implement improvements to the platform to increase efficiency and efficacy of the team

· Collaborate with engineering and development to improve the overall Cloud XDR platform experience for customers

· Perform onboarding activities with the project team enable new customers to be monitored

· Build and maintain integrations between NCC Groups ServiceNow and customers ITSM platforms

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

We’re looking for a motivated individual that wants to experience the excitement and challenge of working in a fast-evolving industry. We don’t expect the chosen candidate to be a cyber security expert, but they will have the opportunity to learn about the industry and practicing cyber security.

· Extensive experience of the ServiceNow platform

· Good experience scripting

· JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, etc

· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification

· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

· ITIL foundation - desirable
