ServiceNow AI Governance & Agentic Control Tower Specialist


Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the strategic implementation and oversight of artificial intelligence capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem. This pivotal role focuses on establishing robust governance frameworks for AI agents, ensuring ethical deployment, and managing the full lifecycle of AI assets. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between advanced AI technologies and enterprise governance, driving innovation while maintaining strict compliance and security standards. This position is critical for organizations aiming to harness the power of agentic workflows and AI-driven automation in a controlled, scalable, and secure environment.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and manage the ServiceNow AI Control Tower to oversee the deployment of AI agents and monitor their performance.
  • Design and implement AI governance policies, including risk assessment protocols, asset inventory management, and lifecycle controls for AI models.
  • Utilize AI Agent Studio and Now Assist to develop intelligent automation solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee the configuration of Flow Designer and Workflow Studio to streamline approval processes and automate complex tasks.
  • Maintain the integrity of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accurate mapping of AI assets and their dependencies.
  • Evaluate and integrate external AI platforms, such as Amazon Bedrock, via IntegrationHub and custom APIs.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for AI initiatives and ensure adherence to Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) standards.
  • Develop and manage REST and Scripted REST APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between AI components and enterprise systems.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Minimum of six years of professional experience in IT services, with a strong focus on ServiceNow platform administration and development.
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow AI Control Tower, AI Agent Studio, and Now Assist capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of IRM, GRC principles, and CMDB best practices within an AI context.
  • Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and integration with external AI models like Amazon Bedrock.
  • Proficiency in Flow Designer and Workflow Studio for building advanced approval workflows and automation sequences.
  • Strong background in AI governance, including the creation of AI asset inventories, risk evaluation, and lifecycle management strategies.
  • Advanced technical skills in IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and Scripted REST APIs for custom integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a salary range of ₹15-18 LPA, reflecting the seniority and specialized skill set required for this role.
