ServiceNow Architect

Client: Tata Consultancy Services Vacancy: ServiceNow Architect Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands Lead the future of ServiceNow architecture! Join an expert-level team where you will serve as the technical authority for medium to large-scale ServiceNow implementations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end architectural design, leading technical teams, and converting complex business requirements into robust technical solutions across diverse modules. What you bring: 8 to 12 years of experience in ITSM solutions, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow. Proven track record in Architecture level configurations and leading full implementation lifecycles. Deep technical expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and Scoped Applications. Hands-on experience with domain-separated instances and Agile/Scrum SDLC processes. Strong coding skills in JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS for custom application design. Experience in ServiceNow Discovery and Run Book Automation is highly preferred. ITIL certification and relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS) are desired. Why join Tata Consultancy Services?
