Role: ServiceNow Architect

Location: Romania(Remote)

Duration: Contract

Job Description:

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect / Technical Architect.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
• Strong understanding of CSDM (Common Service Data Model) and Service Management best practices.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and SOAP APIs.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Strong experience with SSO, SAML, LDAP, and enterprise authentication mechanisms.
• Experience with middleware and integration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, service mapping, and data models.
• Experience with ServiceNow architecture, governance, customization, configuration, and platform best practices.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise Service Management processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills.
