You'll keep your finger on the pulse of ServiceNow innovations, push for Out-Of-The-Box (OOTB) best practices, and translate high-level demands into clear, actionable development stories. What you bring: Strong process consulting experience across core ServiceNow modules (5+ implementations preferred) Proven ability to refine business needs into high-quality technical requirements and user stories Familiarity with IT4IT principles and a strong focus on platform innovation adoption ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to promote Citizen Development within DevOps teams Agile mindset, collaborative spirit, and comfort working in a multicultural environment Why join Tata Consultancy Services?
