ServiceNow Consultant (m/w/d)

We are looking for a ServiceNow Consultant to support companies in their digital transformation and help shape efficient IT and business processes. You will combine consulting with technical implementation, contributing your ideas from initial concept through to rollout.

Location: Stäfa, Zurich

Your responsibilities:

• Advise clients on optimizing their IT Service Management and digitalizing their processes.

• Gather requirements and translate them into solution concepts and technical specifications.

• Define the architecture and design of complex ServiceNow applications.

• Implement solutions and support their installation and rollout.

• Take responsibility for technical project delivery while keeping commercial requirements in mind.

• Support the sales team with technical questions and the development of client solutions.

• A degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics.

• Solid ServiceNow project experience in consulting and development.

• ServiceNow certifications and experience in project management.

• Good written and spoken German and English.

• An independent, solution-oriented approach and a business mindset.

• Enjoyment of teamwork and challenging client projects.
