Responsibilities

• Gather and document client requirements related to ServiceNow CPQ/CRM.

• Convert requirements into user stories and functional documentation.

• Suggest best practices and process improvements.

• Conduct Scrum meetings and manage Agile processes.

• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure delivery.

Required Skills

• Experience in ServiceNow CPQ and CRM processes.

• Strong Business Analysis and requirement documentation skills.
