Calling all ServiceNow Deployment Strategists

You might not call yourself one. You might be a Platform Owner, an Enterprise Architect, an Engagement Manager. But if your CV reads as a list of business problems you solved with ServiceNow, this is for you.

Most ServiceNow programmes go live. Far fewer change anything. We’re looking for the person who makes sure they do.

Multinational consultancy and service provider | Permanent and contract | Remote-first, UK hub in London, with occasional client-site visits (fully expensed) | Salary / day rate depending on experience

The role

You’ll own the outcome for our clients, not just the platform. That means:

• Sitting with clients’ senior stakeholders to work out what their business actually needs.
• Shaping the ServiceNow roadmap around that need.
• Staying with it until adoption and the numbers prove it worked.

You’ll be right for this if you have

• A track record of ServiceNow delivery you can describe as challenge, response, outcome, with real figures attached.
• Turned around adoption. You’ve taken low engagement and changed it, through training, change champions, better UX or anything else that worked.
• Brought sceptical stakeholders back to the table. Including people burned by a failed programme before yours.
• Argued against complexity. You’ve made the case for going back to out-of-the-box when it was the right call, and won it.
• Built governance that works. Demand intake, prioritisation and roadmap boards that focus spend on what matters.
• Owned the commercial side. Business cases, budgets, licensing, TCO, statements of work.
• Breadth across the platform. For example ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM/APM, CMDB and CSDM, plus an eye on where AI and agentic workflows fit in.

Ideally (but not essential)

• Experience at ServiceNow itself or a major partner.
• Complex public sector or global multi-business-unit rollouts.
• An MBA or equivalent commercial grounding.

This isn’t a pure technical architect or developer role. If your best stories are about the build, it’s not the right fit. If they’re about what changed for the business afterwards, we want to hear from you.
