What we’re looking for:

• 3 to 6 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Proficiency in JavaScript is essential, as it underpins ServiceNow's core scripting layer even where codeless configuration is increasingly available
• Familiarity with REST API integration is required to support data exchange between ServiceNow and external systems across the three production instances
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Angular JS is an asset, given their use in building and maintaining end-user access portals within the ServiceNow platform
• The ability to manage and configure ServiceNow instances is required, as the team is responsible for settings governance, operational continuity, and user support across a large-scale environment
• Fluency in English (B2) and in French (B2)

Important:

This position is following a hybrid regime, 2x/week, in Porto. Candidates should be based in Portugal and have a Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit to be considered.
