We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our Information Technology team in a hybrid work arrangement based in Melbourne.

In this role:

- You will focus on developing and configuring ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, including HR Case Management, HR Services, Lifecycle Events, and the Employee Center.

- You will leverage your expertise in JavaScript programming, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Access Control Lists (ACLs) to build and enhance HRSD solutions that meet stakeholder requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

- integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs,

- scripting within the platform to automate workflows, and ensuring secure access through ACLs.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills will be essential to resolve technical challenges and optimize system performance.

Effective communication with stakeholders will support the delivery of tailored HR services and continuous improvement of the platform.

Holding a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential is required to demonstrate your foundational knowledge of the platform.

Over the first 6 to 12 months, you will be responsible for successfully delivering configured HRSD modules that enhance the employee experience and streamline HR processes. This role offers an opportunity to deepen your expertise in HR Case Management and ServiceNow integrations while contributing to a dynamic IT environment. While HRSD implementation certification is preferred, it is not mandatory, and we support ongoing professional development in this area.
