ServiceNow Project Manager

Role: Engagement / Project Manager – ServiceNow

Location: Fully Remote

Duration: 12 + Months

Visa: Any (No OPT, CPT, GC also)

Required Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Roles & Responsibilities

• 8–12+ years in IT, including 4+ years managing ServiceNow projects
• Lead End-to-End ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and transformation programs.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical architects, developers, and implementation teams.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.
• Manage stakeholder communications, project governance, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
• Ensure ServiceNow implementation follows platform best practices and organizational standards.
• Oversee UAT, production deployment, hypercare, and transition to support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI adoption.

Required Skills:

ServiceNow ITSM, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, Jira, Azure DevOps, stakeholder management, project governance, and vendor management.

Preferred: PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL 4 certification, experience with ServiceNow ITOM/CSM/HRSD.
